Led by Trevor Hudgins' career day, Northwest Missouri State won its 30th consecutive home game 96-49 Saturday afternoon over Lincoln.
Hudgins scored 36 points on 11-17 shooting, and was 7-10 from three-point range to go along with five assists.
Northwest (22-1, 12-1 MIAA) shot 58-percent as a team, knocked down 14 of 27 three-point attempts, and hit 12 of 13 free throw attempts.
The defense also came to play.
The Bearcats held a 48-28 lead at halftime, but put the clamps down on the Blue Tigers in the second half. Lincoln scored just 21 points in the final 20 minutes, and hit one of 18 three-pointers in the game.
Ryan Hawkins and Diego Bernard also had standout games as the teammates posted double-doubles.
Hawkins finished with 23 points and 14 rebounds. Bernard posted 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Northwest is on the road Thursday against Missouri Southern. Game time is set for 7:30pm. Pregame on KXCV 90.5 and KRNW 88.9 begins at 7pm.
